PAYMENT

We accept payments via Paypal or credit/debit card - this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase.

SHIPPING

We endeavour to deliver all orders within 4 working days. Note that we do not work weekends or bank holidays, neither do our courier companies collect or deliver at these times. 

Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched from our premises on the following Monday.

If you contact us outside working hours, we will respond as soon as we return to the office.

If you have an issue with the delivery time of one of your purchases, please e-mail us at spectrumbars@email.com or use our message system.

We always try to handle queries as quickly and efficiently as possible.

RETURNS

We are a UK based company; we work hard every day to give the BEST POSSIBLE service to our customers.

We always stand by our products; if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return it in unused condition within 30 days – no questions asked.

If you don't like the item, you are responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is faulty or damaged we will arrange the return, cover all costs and send you a replacement or else a full refund will be issued.
